We are seeking a skilled Workday Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday integrations, reporting, and technical development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Workday solutions, collaborating with functional teams, and delivering high-quality technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and PICOF.
• Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and XSLT.
• Configure and maintain Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, and RaaS (Report-as-a-Service).
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and production issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support Workday implementation, enhancements, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Develop technical documentation and participate in code reviews and best practice initiatives

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio
• Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, and RaaS
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, REST, SOAP, JSON, and Web Services
• Experience with Calculated Fields and Workday Reporting
• Good understanding of Workday security and integration architecture
• Experience with Workday Web Services (WWS)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
